Dr. Till Dunckel is partner of NESSELHAUF Rechtsanwälte. He advises companies, private individuals and their PR consultants to protect them against media crises, defamations or privacy infringements and helps them to enforce their claims against media companies, journalists and others. Furthermore Dr. Till Dunckel offers advice to producers, publisher, artists and agencies in terms of media law, consults them in contract negotiations and supports in conflict resolutions.

Till Dunckel is a board member of the Hanseatic Bar Association Hamburg, a member of the Executive Committee of the ARGE Intellectual Property and Media in the German Bar Association (DAV) and a lecturer at the Academy for Journalism, Hamburg.
