Design law

Industrial design rights protect the form and appearance of products of all types. We assist in registering designs and models with the German Patent and Trademark Office, as Community designs with the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market in Alicante and with international registrations of designs with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) according to the Hague Convention. We advise and represent in design infringement matters by third parties and defend against such attacks.
