In trademark law, we advise and support our clients in the administration, defense and optimization of their trademark portfolios. We assist in the search and securing of new trademarks, company names, titles and domains by researching prior rights. We register trademarks at the German Patent and Trademark Office, the World Intellectual Property Organization and at the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market in Alicante (Community trademarks). Our practice includes monitoring of trademarks as well as advise and representation in opposition, cancellation and revocation proceedings before the German Patent and Trademark Office and the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market. We advise and represent our clients in disputes and litigation proceedings regarding trademarks, company names, titles, internet domains and names. We also assist in negotiating and drafting trademark law license agreements and co-existence-agreements.
